I'm gonna start with something simple because I'm still taking care of my puppy who had both her knees surgically rebuilt 10 days ago and I barely have time to type trying to keep a puppy on pain medicine from hurting herself!

So here's my nummers (ba)'nana snack:

put a peeled banana on a plate
coat with peanut butter (amount you like)
drizzle with honey
sprinkle with: cinnamon, nutmeg, a pinch of clove

I recommend a fork, rather than fingers. Unless, like me, you have a puppy on painkillers glued to your lap who can clean your fingers for you after eating!
