It's time to get started on the Fall Formal! Let's begin by making a new Intro Video that announces the show and... me, as the shows host!
What to do?
Check out this script I wrote, it's in the resource bin below:
- RECord yourself reciting the script - you can read it in an announcer voice, use you normal voice, translate it and recite it in any language of your choice! The more the merrier!
Help by gathering strong public domain footage that suits the Fall Formal, like from archive.org for example. The type of shots I want to use are:
- A curtain rising in an old fashioned theatrical venue or style.
- Someone playing a Timpani Drum, if you find them doing a drum roll that'd be ideal.
And if you want to, start editing these elements together. You check out our current At The Movies Intro Video to help get some ideas flowing on where to take this.
Okay, we are a couple weeks away from the big evening... how exciting it is!
