Request for Animators and/or Video Editors

I’m looking for an animator or possible even a video editor that can help with the “The Time Traveler” collab that I'm working on.  The idea is to isolate a person from the background of the record “unfocused” which I'll resourced below.  I’m looking for a transparency layer so other editors can transpose the person onto other video records.  Some of the points of the video that I would like to use the most are at the 0:14 to 0:16 mark and the 0:56 to 1:01 mark.  If you think another part of the record would work well please take into consideration that I want to focus on shots where we are unable to see a clear image of the person’s face to make it more mysterious. 

Personally I don’t know much about animation or video editing so if I’m not sure if I’m using the correct terms or if I’m not being very clear, so please feel free to ask any questions if you would like to work on this.
