Thanks for sharin'! Personally I think it doesn't matter what you use as long as the results are, well, awesome :D
I won't have time to make tuts :o but this info is still good for collaborating. So we know who can do what with what and maybe share source files, ect.

Heres my rundown:
Hardware:
PC, Dual Core, 8 gig, 1tb
Ibanez Acoustic/Fender Strat/Vox AD15VT (Amp)
Mic - Shure PG27 (Great Mic for those interested in general purpose mic ie. vocals/instruments. Also comes in a usb version)
Yamaha Audiogram USB Interface
M-Audio Axiom49 MidiController - Anyone looking to invest into a midi controller I highly suggest this brand, velocity sensitive keys!!
Software:

Adobe Audition 3.0
Cubase VST
Reason 4
Multitudes of plugins
