a character from the tea party

hello folk, i was thinking about a collaboration, never done one before so not sure how it's done or if this has been thought of before so need some help.

there are so many amazing illustrators here and i was thinking it would be cool to do a.. cut out and keep book of different characters say from the tiny stories or just general gloams, ghosts, creatures, animals, trees err anything..so
