I direct our community in a variety of collaborations. When one of our productions makes money, we split the profits 50/50 between the company and the contributing artists.
We have to hand in our completely finished book to our publishing company (It Books / Harper Collins) on August 1st. So I'm setting a due date of July 25th for our creative collective to finish writing and illustrating. That'll give Marke about a week for layout and design, etc...
