I am not a writer. At least, I don't think of myself in that way. When I try to write- actually sit down and try to think of something to say-I usually get stuck. I will dig deep down and try to pull something out, but it often feels clumsy and inorganic.

There are times, though, when words and stories will just come to me, and I will feel compelled to get them out. It is more like they have a life of their own, and are forcing their way out of me. In that sense, I am really just more of a vessel for them, a way for them to be carried out, developed, and released.
