Jimmy Done Shot Him A Unycorn

Well I tell ya it shouldn't oughta been like that. Me and Jimmy sitting there on the porch and we sees this thing way off in the distance. And I says it's a horse but Jimmy go no that ain't no horse. Lookie! It got it a horn right up on top of its head. And I say wow ain't seen that before and Jimmy say get me my rifle. And I go what? but Jimmy already headed indoor. He get out there with the gun again and BAM.



I decided not to eat any unycorn myself, and that were probably the right move to be making. We fed Uncle Herman a unicorn burger, and he grew wings. That were awful tricky to explain to Ma and Pa. Tweren’t easy cooking that thing neither, and I’ll tell you I felt more guilt killing that creature than a man normally feel when he kill something for to eat.


Horn sure came in handy a week or two after, though.
