Five hundred light-years from Earth, the hand of God reaches out to touch the hand of Man. Astronomers the world over were baffled by the discovery of the surprisingly artistic Sistine Nebula.

My first attempt at combining images with layers, using two public domain images, the Carina Nebula and Michelangelo's "Creation of Adam". I erased the background of the painting, sized the layers to nearly match, then combined using darken only with a medium level of transparency.
