This is the classic Greek myth of how Orpheus's wife, Eurydice, dies on their wedding day and he journeys into Hades to find her. Several great operas have been based off of this tale - Orfeo ed Euridice and Orphee aux enfers (which is a French satire of the former).
I think that the depictions of the Underworld/Hades could be really beautiful and eerie - we could even incorporate images from the shadow collab into that - and there's a lot of great music that we could draw inspiration from. A narrator could easily be added. The only drawback - if you want to call it that - is that we would have to write our own script. |
