Don Quixote
Doesn't get much grander than this ;) I think making Don Quixote into a new RECord would be fantastic. Don Quixote has all of the elements that are used to describe the type of story that is desired. It is a long book, and it would be a very ambitious project, but I think it would be amazing to see what the community would come up with with material such as this.
