After cruising through a lot of the 2010 College Tour footage I was struck by a conversation at NYU between RegularJOE and a member of the audience about copyright and intellectual property laws. The discussion segued into how hitRECord is makes its art open to a collaborative community that can REvise, REfine, and RE-RECord anything that is uploaded.

I have to give a special shout-out to Dr. Gory for being the man with a movie camera for the New York University event. I have a real appreciation for the effort involved in getting the necessary coverage in the type of space the NYU event occurred in.

But there was a lot of shot variety throughout the EX3 videos, making it possible to create the illusion (in the editing room) that there were multiple EX3 cameras getting all kinds of shots during the conversation. This type of REmixing is when wide and ultra wide shots really come in handy. :)
