Apologies for the text-only response, but I currently have no video or microphone hardware capability. Even if i did, I'm also pretty severely camera shy most of the time and also cringe at the sound of my own voice. (Even changing my voicemail greeting can be a small ordeal. Which is why I've gotten by happily without webcam and mic thus far.) So, obviously, I'm mostly comfortable as a behind the scenes kinda guy.

I'm mostly a writer and sometime poet, I consider those my primary strengths, for now. I have some beginner level skills with photography and Photoshopping. (I actually use GIMP, the free software Photoshop clone, but it reads and writes Photoshop's .psd files just fine.) My HitRECord contributions so far actually give a pretty fair picture of my current skills.

I'm also very good at organizing and cataloging things. And I have some level of web technical skill. (I come from a database software development background). Oh, and I can copyedit text.

Audio/video editing is something I have always wanted to learn, plus the whole concept of remix is philosophically near and dear to my heart. So HitRECord is exciting to me in the extreme - a vast array of projects and raw material to mix with, oh my!. Watching the Nebulullaby collab coming together in real time before my eyes has been both a thrill and an education.

Also a newbie to the site, but rapidly getting up to speed on operating the site features. I just can't stop HitRECording. :)

So, those are my current skills. Use me if and as you can. Otherwise, I will continue to watch and learn and be amazed by what you all can do, until something comes up where I can actually be of help.
