This is intended as a huge conversation, a central place to coordinate more complex projects.
Got time on your hands but can't think of a project to work on? Browse here and pick up some great Inspiration from a fellow hitRECorder. When you're done, be sure to Resource the Idea that inspired your work.
Got a great idea but it's bigger than you have time right now to flesh it out? Jot it down here, either to pick it up later yourself, or for someone to pick up and run with. Make it a Record rather than a comment, so you can tag your Idea, and so others can properly Resource their result as coming from your Idea.
Got an Idea that you do want to do, but requires raw materials that you don't have the equipment, expertise or geographic location for? Leave your Request here, for someone who hopefully does have the ability to do it. Be as specific or as general as you like.
This is sort of a concept of a very loose, very flexible coordination tool to let our widely distributed volunteers better coordinate their skills and resources. You can break big projects down into smaller ones, and those into still smaller ones, if necessary.

What the hell, might as well throw this out there and see if anything comes of it. Culled from InkedCanvas and Mr. B's "Fireside Chats," some late night wackiness for the insomniacs.
"I think the red brick road would've taken Dorothy to a land totally opposite... like Studio 54, the land of sex, drugs, and disco, baby. Or maybe to Wonderland, perhaps? ... And just think, Dorothy and friends wouldn't have sang, "We're off to see the wizard.." They would've sang, "I'M JUST A LOVE MACHINE AND I WON'T WORK FOR NOBODY BUT YOU..."
Yeah and instead of ruby slippers, she has 12-inch ruby platform shoes. And I envision her friends that she meets along the way are Tiny Tim with his ukulele, Timothy Leary, who could tell Dorothy to forget about Auntie 'Em and Uncle Henry so that she could, "Turn on, tune in, and drop out." And they meet a Doobie Brother- no, not a member of the band, but a dude who likes to smoke "funny cigarettes." And together they travel the down the red brick road... and when they got tired, they meet Larry Flynt. And Larry would give them all a ride on his wheelchair to Studio 54.
Disco Dorothy meets Disco Alice? just imagine the "You makin' eyes at MY Tinman? mmm mmm girl" smackdown. Not to mention the inevitable girl fight in those 12 inch platforms and huge 70's hairstyles. It takes the Scarecrow and Madhatter, dressed up like Shaft, to finally break them up. Epic indeed. :)
As far as I know nobody is doing anything *really* campy (closest is that wild Alice/Jabberwocky/Anti-drug video). And high camp is such a perfect genre for low budget. Think Rocky Horror, Little Shop of Horrors, Valley of the Dolls, we could totally do that stuff.
(Oh, and Wizard of Oz is public domain, just like Alice.)
