Recently, I've been reading Guillaume Apollinaire's Le bestiaire ou Cortège d'Orphée, which is a collection of 30 short poems. Each poem briefly describes an animal and is accompanied by an illustration from Raoul Dufy.

Since the poems were published in 1911, they are in the public domain, and I thought it might be fun to reinterpret them, or even come up with our own short poems/tiny stories about different animals and then illustrate or animate them. I'm uploading a video that will explain further. I'm also uploading a text record of Apollinaire's original 30 poems, both in their original French and the English translations.
