i thought i would speak words about my reRECommonds this week. (in no particular order, except the order that i put them in)

1* distorted city image (oiki): you know you've found a RECord you love when you see it and say, "wow! that RECord is sweet!" and then when you click on it to RECommend you REalize that you had already RECommended it before! well, this RECord is that for me. there is something nostalgic about this photo and i wonder if it is a snapshot of past life. maybe i'm that woman in the hat....

2* december dreaming (xobreexo23): you can't deny the comfort of your bed and even more comforting than that (for me at least) is being surrounded by cold air while bundled in that warm bed. this image is my perfect nap. ahhh....... so nice. this image also seems to represent the harmony between comfortable safety and exposed vulnerability.

3* RegularJOE added to Long Distance Relationship video (re-rereremix) (todd68976): you may be thinking to yourself that i am reRECommending this RECord because, well, yours truly had her vo RECord REmixed into it & while that could subconsciously be the case, consciously the reRECommendation of this RECord comes from the fact that todd did a great job creating a unique way to tell the story with two voices. also, the RECord contains via's kick ass cuckoo clock, gwen's ma-ma-ma-magical vocals, and some crazy public domain that fits so well! (seriously what is up with those moth people!!! are they awesome are WHAT!) THE END.

4* Music for the Inception Dream Documentary (pluska): HELLO! sweet symphonies. just because the dream doc is done, doesn't mean we need to stop playing with all these superb dream filled RECords. yes please!

5* Pirate Shirt (Dolphin170): ARRRRRR YE RRRECORDING? sooo, while i was making this reRECommend RECord album this little ditty popped up in the LATEST RECORDS. arrrrrrrrrrr ye kidding me, this is awesome!! YES! <3 although i would place the HITRECORD logo to the top back of the shirt. i just love when there is text at the top of the back of a shirt.

6* invincibility cloaks (tiny story illustration) (fractaldust): a superhero is being born! my heart beats hard!!

7* & 8* be free & these wings will take me far (timsally): i am a HUGE fan of timssally's work & these two RECords touched my heart. BE FREE. THESE WINGS WILL TAKE ME FAR. both of the pieces have such wonderful title messages, messages that i will teach my kids (when i have them) and yet the faces of the paintings seem so unsure. it feels true to me. a person can have such confidence and belief with their words, but in reality we are all afraid (somewhere inside) of those things we are unsure off, yet we can't let fear control our actions in a negative way. my belief is: follow the flight of your intuition & let fear follow behind you. to be continued.....a&f<3
