they stroll along and meet up with the vivid, diverse line of interesting characters "hitting the line to record their vote

within the voting line numerous snippets of conversation and interesting pairings of hitrecord characters are expanded upon (see Joe's Vote Video Request Idea)

one conversation begins to break out from the others
Imagine two people having a conversation (heated, not heated, one person inspired by the voting process another not, old person talking to a young person, woman/man, gay/heterosexual, black/ white (anyone who has had ever needed respresentation), you get the idea.

the conversation (where key points of the voting process can be addressed) evedntually breaks into song

Possible breakdown of musical portion

first the anti-vote character take the lines of Joe's Nothing Big (few line changes)
then pro-vote character takes lines of the Something Big Vote 2010 Re-mix

or

they take turns countering each other with lines from Nothing Big and Something Big
like those old musicals where the lines are thrown around with such finesse the audience doesn't even realize they've had a mesage delivered.

We have an abundance of amazing musicians, singers and script writers, this could be great. We can splice huge portions of this together but we'd need new vocal tracks of the lyrics. Any one or even Lula? Joe? could be the couple.
