That picture was taken in a river in Costa Rica, the name of the river is Tarcoles, and is one of the places where you can see hundreds of crocodiles swimming and having fun haha, you can stop with your car in a bridge and take pictures of them, one day I count like 30 and well, they just stay there waiting for somebody to fall from the bridge haha
