My Audible Scrapbook

Let's get a little bit of obvious information out of the way:

1. I can't edit video.
2. I can't dance.
3. I can't write coherent narratives.
4. I can hardly finish what I start.
5. I'm inherently clumsy.
6. I get distracted easily.
7. I can't paint or draw.
8. I can't take beautiful pictures (nor am I very photogenic)...

So what can I do?

1. Play a minor chord like nobody's business.
2. Reverb the shit out of things.
3. Accidentally make excessively awkward pauses out of mundane situations. Daily.

So what is this? Well, when I have to someday sit my kids down (or somebody's kids...someone...anyone really...) and explain to them what I was doing instead of studying for biostat exams, I can show them this: it's a collection (or portfolio, if you will) of what I think are my favorite songs I've written. If I want to show someone who I really am, bones and all, then I will direct them to this Audible Scrapbook. It's a good primer for the way I think and write music (some would say that I do that way too much, but oh well...)

Anyhow, just click on each one and have a listen (if you haven't already) and enjoy the updated notes I placed in each one with personal asides detailing something about each song and what it represents to me (if anything at all).
