So the Wolf tried another approach. He convinced the piglets that the Jones's next door frowned on them for renting, that it was about time they 'got on the property ladder' .

The pigs eventually submitted and sought to purchase their rented home. They were delighted to hear that they qualified for a mortgage with ultra low repayments for 6 months!

But when the 6 months was up, the three little pigs struggled to meet the now mammoth monthly repayments. Finding gainful employment as a diminutive pig was tough! And when Peter Pig took ill with pig flu, requiring expensive medical treatment, things went from bad to worse.

Their belongings were seized and they were eventually evicted from their home - thrown out onto the street!

And there, the Big Bad Wolf waited, a bread roll in one hand, tomato sauce in the other, ready for his long-awaited bacon sandwich.
