A Tiny Story [could be medium sized]: Otis the Owl's Predicament...
Otis wondered if his High School popularity was an illusion. After a term of being nagged by his friends for copies of his term papers, he came to the conclusion that being WISE was a burden in disguise; however, being the wise owl that he was, Otis soon realized that it was possible to maintain a balance between academia and an active social life. He later settled down with a 'bird' from college, shared unconditional love with her, had lots of babies, and everybody lived happily ever after. The end.
