let's try and find out the core of our happiness, and the signs it's there.

Okay so here's what I was thinking. I have certain idiosyncrasies that only comes out when I'm genuinely happy. One of which is dancing like a complete dork. The others being something around that, such as singing and writing. But those two can be done when I am not in such a good mood. The dorky dancing, however is a tell tale sign that something is going right.


So what I was thinking is have a collaboration of things you do when you're happy, OR it could be the corny "what makes you happy thing" Look, I KNOW it sounds really corny. But I think that with some different types of resources and help we could have something really cool and inspiring. Something that gets people out of their slumps and makes them try and discover the happy part of themselves that exists beneath all of the mucky sadness.
