Scene one WRECK ROOM skit (brick revisited)

In an undisclosed location, a manly-man hand without any bracelets spins the combination to his locker. It takes him two tries before he could release the lock. Inside, sitting on top of his untouched nondescript books lies a folded piece of paper origamied into a triange . It contained a potentially innocuous message: You have 42 DAYS LEFT!! He looks amusingly at this congregation of ink. On the lower right hand corner of the note lies a symbol posing like a split crown. An uneasy look washes across his face. During this same second a distant cell phone ringing shares this reel. Its chosen call tone for the day suspiciously sounds, anthropomorphismly like the wooden growl of a deskdrum. This sudden escalation of non silence made him skid off of his mental freeze. As the sound gets bigger he detects movement from the corner of his eyes. He begins to run. This figure here is Joe.
