The REGULARITY Is Near #3 - New Frontier
Tomorrow (today) begins the REGULARITY. The good news involves some repetition indeed.
Alright, I'm a wee late. Again.
I was trying to get this one up yesterday. Or today, depending on how you count it. See, I still haven't gone to sleep, for me it's just past midnight. So for me, 11/11 begins after I've gone to sleep and wake up. But 11/11 has already begun. The REGULARITY is indeed Here. But for me, it's still near. Forgive me.
Anyway, all that matters little. What matters is the good news I bring.
We're going to SUNDANCE! Yes, hitRECord is going Sundance 2010. We're setting up a workshop at the New Frontier on Main Street. We'll have cameras, microphones, computers, an internet connection. And you! We'll be collaborating with the creative community of Park City next January. Come play!
Over the span of the 10 days of the festival, we will start and finish a complete work of art. A veritable Hit Record. Something we all make together: me, you, artists of Sundance and the entire hitRECord global online collective. And when we're done, it screens.
I'll repeat that. What we make together is going to screen at the Sundance Film Festival. Wanna be a part of it? You are.
The REGULARITY Is kicking off now-ish. And this is what we're buckling down getting ready for. January 21-31 at one of the coolest, highest profile, and genuinely artful creative happenings in the USA.
