When I created this modern Rapunzel inspired piece a few weeks ago, I remember staring at it, pre-robin's eggs, and thinking it needed something more. Something special to help set it apart. After walking away from it, envisioning and almost obsessively deliberating ideas, I came back with the notion that a simple bird nest just seemed to be the most sensible solution.
