the heat of the sun is cradled in his eyes sweet-warm and golden the steady pulse of the earth is grounded in his hands firm and solid and alive the wind is the strength in his limbs graceful in its power sweet summer mornings are hidden in his smile lazy quirking at the corners he is the sun, he is the earth he is the moon, he is the stars he is life and he is mine. --------------------- the curve of the world is in the curve of her lips heavy, and full the stretch of early spring blossoms on her cheeks rosy reds and dusty pinks the soft touch of evening is the cover of her hair a twilight-dark cascade she moves with the bend and sway of trees new-born and laughs with the freedom of birdsong she is the air, the ocean fire, and light she is life and she is mine. |

To make sense of this senseless description, I made a video that describes what I potentially wanted out of this venture.

Basically, I wrote a poem today at work, and had all these ideas for it and a direction I wanted to take it, but was fully aware that I didn't have the skills or resources to pull it off. Specifically the skills. ... definitely the skills.
Thusly, here I am presenting this potential collaboration to you, the hitRECord community, hoping that something ridiculously buck will come from it. That's right, I said buck.
Alright, so I wanted this poem to become a video, with narration and actors and background music and the whole freakin' shebang, you know? Unfortunately, I can only hit one out of about four, because there needs to be a male narrator for the second part of the poem.
Hopefully you aren't turned off by the lack of wordy-words in this here description and watch the video, because I'd really love to get more involved and do more here on hitRECord. Thanks :)
