I'm feeling ambitious on this one......

I've had an idea floating around in my head. After seeing what was accomplished for the MMM scores, I thought, I wonder if we could have a HitRECorchestra, and a big band.

So, here it goes. I want to write out a big band chart, and have the community play it. Whatever instrument you may play, whether it be Sousaphone or Penny Whistle, I need you!

In order to make this work, I'll record the rhythm section with my trio (drums, bass, guitar), then, I can have everyone record their part to that track, THEN, I'll mix everything down.

What I need from everyone is:

1. What instrument do you play?
2. Do you read music?
3. What is your level of proficiency?
4. Do you have experience in jazz/improvising?

Just leave a comment answering those questions, and we can go from there.

I really think this is something we can do.
