The final of final projects!---We [a team of two architecture students] are in the design process of our senior competition project for an office building in a downtown cultural district [full of galleries, theatres, and exhibition spaces]. The building is to be partly a headquarters office for a company [hitRECord] which aligns with our design/concept as well as maintains the ideals of sustainability.

Although we face certain limitations with the design of the building, we intend to dedicate a significant amount of space for the creative production of the hitRECord community and artists like you! 

This is where you come in. Imagine this lovely digital forum as a vibrant physical space. We are eager to hear your thoughts on what type of elements [recording studios, galleries, creative public space, etc] that you think would best translate the success of hitRECord into a lively public center for the arts.
