Have you ever had one of those days when you have a long list of things to do, and it makes your head/brain feel like it can open up and be (litterally) filled or emptied? Sometimes filled to the max it hurts? At a program I was in my first two years of college someone called it "emptying a cup" or "emptying a beaker". This collab for people want to draw a human head (YOUR human head) and just either fill it up or empty it out. The contents would represent the things you typically think about until you do something about it. You could also do a video of your head doing the same thing. Writers can just write about it and list a a few general (non-personal) items. Audio can be music the represents what this means to them. These all can be anything big or small, and it does not matter how long the thought was in your head.
