(For the A and B Scenes Collab - see resources below)
A: Here we are.
B: Yes. Just like before.
A: Well what do we do now?
B: Try to do it right I guess.
A: If that’s even possible.
B: What do you mean?
A: I’m not sure that what we were doing before was wrong.
B: But it ended up how it did.
A: We won’t be able to undo anything you know?
B: Why not?
A: Because that’s life. You can’t erase it.
B: We can do better.
B: Because we have the opportunity.
A: Nothing’s changed.
B: We’re both here.
A: That doesn’t mean anything.
B: It’s a start.
B: I’m trying really hard here.
A: I know… It’s just complicated.
B: I know.
A: All of it.
B: Which is why it’s important to act quickly.
A: I don’t think I’m ready.
B: Neither am I to be honest.
A: That’s good to know.
B: But we should at least try.
A: It’s not going to be perfect.
B: It doesn’t have to be.
A: Okay… what should we do?
So here’s the project.
I’ve created a script (The A and B Script) involving two characters that I’ve simply labeled A and B. The words are fixed but that’s it. The rest… who these people are (I haven’t specified their gender, race or ages), the given circumstances of where they are and what is going on, I want you to decide on.
Basically I’ve created a simple structure, a theme and I want you to fill it with whatever your life and imagination brings into it.
Give the scene a title, a little info about what’s going on and film it. Either with yourself or with other people. Use your friends, colleagues, family, anyone.
