Pam's Rubber Stamp is a beautiful, honey-sweet tune. Pam's wonderful personality shines through this. Being a lifelong fan of the good ol' Doo-Wop, this made me snap my fingers and sway my hips. If a person with a yearning to make backing band arrangement for vocals wanted to stretch their arrangement-muscles, this is a good song to experiment with. bopbopbopbopbopbopBOO!
Tommacarte has already established himself on HitRECord as a great poet. And this shows another side of a great artist. Simply put, I think Tom's beats are the Shit. These are perfect for instrumentalists, vocalists and even video editors. Tom, if you read this, keep making beats!

I was so happy to see Swaylooza's participation in the Tiny Story Sticker idea. I hope to see more done by others! Believe in Tiny Stories.
Hati's amazing charcol piece is great for those who need an image of Death for an image RECord or whathaveyou.

thanks to the "Translate" option on my Google Chrome, i was able to read mariechampoux's wonderful writing. though lenghty, i really enjoyed it and i love this kind of writing. very much like stream of consciousness writing. if made into an actual visual RECord, it would be wonderful for it to be narrated in French.
Crispyfuller's Tiny Story written by Hesher, is just flawless and hilarious. I don't if it's been suggested yet, but I think Joe should either RECord an audio of him reciting this Tiny Story as Hesher, or for the real kicker, Joe and Spencer should collaborate to make a video of Hesher doing the Tiny Story.
And speaking of Hesher...
I think it's really awesome that Spencer Susser is a part of HitRECord. Hesher was a fantastic film and I can't wait to see what Mr. Susser contributes to HitRECord.
Until next time. Stay sexy <3

there was this one time i was screwing this girl right, and then out of nowhere she's getting all pissed off and kicking me out, just because I called her some name (i'm not sure what it was, i ... |

This is a text I wrote in French. While I wrote it I was listening to Sigur Ros' Gitardjamm, I think it accompanies the reading pretty well too. I hope you like it. Here it is: |

I loooved this piece by Metaphorest, and I was thinking about it at work and this tune came into my head.
And then this happened.
I made up the harmonies so I hope they are alright. I know the timing and things goes off a little, but I hope it gets the idea across! I imagined lots of brass/trombone blaring at the pauses ^__^

Oh I'm not one for extremes
Oh I don't have big dreams
Or grand schemes
I'm a rubber stamp.
[A Rubber stamp]
Oh I drink out from the trough
And not from dainty cups
Yeah that's enough
I'm a rubber stamp
[A rubber stamp]
I'm a stage-left observer
An certainty swerver
A slow stepper
A limelight leper
I'm a rubber stamp
[A rubber stamp]
Oh though I'm trying to improve
I'm just too slow to move
Part moth at the lamp
I'm a rubber stamp.
Another track I made.
