pamagotchi's tiny story with one minor edit.

This picture was originally created for the Outsider tiny story but perhaps it can be retooled to a new story and a still outsider but new perspective.

The little low-tide, as it dried

And she sighed as she decided,

"We'd be better off inside."

This is one of my favorite tiny stories. I would love to see it get into the upcoming book, regardless of whose picture goes with it BUT since a picture seems to be a prerequisite for getting into the book and there isn't one yet, I am happy to provide one so it has a shot of getting in TBTSv1. This isn't my original; I altered thisisnotscott's picture.

a little bit of a re-write

The rewording was unintentional. I didn't have access to the internet while I was making this and so I went off my memory, which was obviously spotty.

"every time you press delete your deletion is dumped into an infinite desert of deleted data. they all hang out and reveal each other's secrets."

I realize there is already an "official" picture for this story but when I read it I pictured our digital data-exes lounging around an oasis, gossiping about us as they sip fruity little drinks.

And drawing everything in 1 and 0's was fun.

yes, that is supposed to be a feather. i guess this dream feather induces yawns like normal feathers supposedly induce sneezes. and i don't know why i put a belly button on my sleeper, i just like it.

I imagined this story as kids playing a game of king of the hill. When you play with Black Hole you generally loose. Even if he looks small, he's scrappy and tenacious.

This is my second version of this picture, redone to a more book-like size ratio and without the text. This is one of my all-time favorite tiny stories and I would love to see others make pictures for it.

I had a dream/ that the sun was sliced open/ as though with a pair of scissors/ and its contents poured out on us./(let's hope i'm not prophetic)
