Just thought i'd do a drawing for House_of_Glith's awesome tiny story!

I loved Rtistiquebookworm's drawing of this tiny story so I thought I would pen it in. Someone should definitely color this though. This is definite coloring book material I think. Isn't there a coloring book collaboration somewhere? Oh well, have fun with it.

This is how I imagined this story...a happy couple starting their story and it abruptly ending before it really begins...

One upon a time, there was The End.

So I saw this image by Dezh and I kinda liked the idea of taking the words "upon" and "time" literally. And here's what I imagined: a little human-like creature - a personification of The End - sitting on a clock, giving us the eye and waving with his top hat, as if he were saying "don't worry, in two minutes a new Beginning is going to appear..."

This is just how I first pictured it. Not terribly well executed, I know.

My visual interpretation of tiniest story. Instead of drawing something, I was inspired by traditional paper cutting style using positive/negative space to create imagery.

After reading Haus_of_Glitch's story and seeing left-coast-jane's idea for the curtains on stage, I wanted to do something with it. This is the end result.

... Everyone else's interpretations of Haus_of_Glitch's tiny story are so much more artistic and sophisticated that I felt a bit ashamed of mine... *digs a hole and hides*

Just a quick sketch/idea for an illustration of Haus of Glitch's The Tiniest Story. The story starts with The End, on the first page of a book. (Sorry for the duplicate, the other one's orientation wouldn't change and I'm such a newbie that I don't know how to delete a RECord ..if that's possible.

Tried my hand at a different take on Haus of Glitch's Tiny Story. A little bit dark for tiny stories! Also with an Allen Ginsberg reference.

Even the tiniest dot has it's own tiniest story.

The similarity of this short story to John Barth's "Frame-Story" makes me uncomfortable and should be considered, I think. The above is an illustration of how similarily it could work with what he did with his story (re: Asking readers to turn his "short story" into a mobius strip).

Made a better one this morning, used pictures I like in the 'Tiny Story Albums' (instead of using a drawing I made haha). 

I made a tiny story sticker from Haus of Glitch's Tiniest Story. It's up right now, on Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, California. Near 10th Street, just after Alamitos/Shoreline Drive.

A new one with other pictures ! (i will edit it once we know what story are selected, for now these are just illustrations i like)

Braun22 noticed the edge is quite rough. So Magdalena is too kind to do an another better version. Merci ! ^^

I changed my first colouring/remix :

- the character is not yellow but more blue (I always used Buttercup's painting),

- added a tiny ball of light in the hat, a text bull (text writted by Magdalena) and the text of Haus Of Glitch,

- for the clock, I put a beautiful texture of Belcath1981.

So the Prince wanted so much to f... to marry the Princess that he kicked every villains' a*s in a blink & this Mesdames & Messieurs with his bright smile, without a single scratches... Many children & the happily ever after followed on the second blink...

I'm not sure how much this picture matches The Tiniest Story, but this is an idea I got when reading it. I think it would look nice with stars in the background, but I couldn't figure out how to make them look right.

I don't know if this is too much of a reveal.  But after viewing Joe's video about finding illustrations for tiny stories, I decided to go with my instincts and upload this anyway. I believe it's sort of a darker interpretation.

In legends and fairy tales heroins often have names like: "Faith", "Grace", "Brave"... so why not a young princess named "End". So there is a big illustration and an explanation longer than the original story !!

I couldn't get the scanner on; if you need a better picture, I'll scan it tomorrow.

Okay so a few things here...

1] I have legit been fighting with this illustration (moreso Photoshop) for over an hour and I fear my brain has imploded and fizzled into bits of dust.

2] I warned you people I have a serious obsession with "Through The Looking Glass"...hence why my gal here is dressed a wee bit like Alice <3

3] Holy balls I need a stiff drink after fighting with this bastard all night...*wanders off to hunt up some whiskey*

Illustration version two. Even though no one seemed to be interested in the previous one , I didn't feel accomplished, so I'm posting a better illustration.

EDIT: I'm adding this to the LRRH collab, since Psalmist suggested that it could be used for remixing. Not sure if this could work, seeing that it has the tiny story on it, but we'll see. :)

This is a really cute illustration by raindrop which I enjoyed coloring just now :)
