i've dished out alot of hearts this week i think i did well over 300 lol, tried to find some of the older ones i loved before joining the site too, so struggling to narrow this list down this week, so there will be alot but still goodies i think deserved to be looked at again, remixed or illustrated

My attempt to illustrate Metaphorest's tiny story "Sam the Homeless Snail". For some strange reason, when I first read the story, the first thing that came to my mind was the music "Meditation de Thais", which I imagined Sam would be playing... :S
An illustration for MadisenMusic's tiny story Hursery. I didn't want to draw something obvious with skeletons so I thought a bit about a setting someone might say this sentence in and came up with this trial scenario.
And it was a good chance to draw a forest of microphones :D
Played around with Photoshop a bit today and ended up remixing one of fredwatford's pictures into this illustration for Scarlet's tiny story. I really liked the older couple in this particular photograph, after all it doesn't have to be always young love only.
Okay so here we have my second version of thewhitelady's Shooting Stars illustration! I went a very different route than my usual with this one, taking the "played chase" aspect of it and using the childish sort of theme of the game of tag/chase what have you. Much happier with this particular illustration as opposed to the one I did focusing more on the stars themselves. Yay for children as shooting stars? Yay. :]
For this illustration of Blodnasir's "righttoleft" I made a projectionist the main character so that they could be depicted re-splicing film to make the heartbreak come first, and then the love come after (after the "reel change" - marked by the circle in the upper right hand corner of the broken heart filmstrip frame to add to the projectionist theme a bit.)
Added a little chorus and some general oohs and ahhs ^__^

I've been wanting to play in photoshop for such a long time.. i think i've gotten a bit rusty but i'm pretty proud of this considering. lol

This tiny story by Michal is my ultimate favourite RECord...I don't think I've ever read such a beautiful sentence in my entire life. <3
A slightly modified version of my drawing for Sparksee05's tiny story. From the feedback I got on the previous version, LilacAmy11 and Spider both suggested I should "up the stake" faced by the poor egg. So I went back to the drawing, replaced the kitchen sink with an electric stove (complete with a sunny-side-up sitting in a frying pan) and added a sliced orange + various other bits around the egg. The poor egg, one do starts to wonder if he's becoming suicidal for being surrounded by such monstrosity...
