Wordplay a friend (http://hitrecord.org/users/silverladder) thought up: "... My mind is constantly running; constantly playing with words, even when I'm not consciously doing it. No joke. So the phrase 'bowl of oatmeal' was in my head this morning... My mind started messing with the letters in the words and suddenly I thought, 'Owl Of Boatmeal!'"

I like to call the squid Quaken.

Gahhhh! I'm  graduating tomorrow, and officially leaving high school in the dust. I wanted to do something really cool to my cap, so I ended up doing a collage over the whole top of it. Every picture/shape is cut out of some old magazines from the '60s that I snagged from my neighbor (dumpster diving, it's what I do best).

Everything is either something I love (butterflies and giraffes, for example), or for something I see myself being or doing (I want to be an archaeologist, so I stuck the pyramids on there)

P.S. I don't really go dumpster diving in my spare time; or ever, really.

I find drawing QUEEN of SandyNgu beautiful. I decided to colour it ! I coloured it 4 ways and so I did not decide how it is the best. So I added in one picture ! ^^ What is your preference ? :o)

what i'm trying to convey is the aspect of night and day so ideally when you flip the composition 180, it would read as night time, and the sun is content and excited, aka happy face (:

I loved the title that fabulouslyfreckled and  belcath1981 used for their RECollection Vol. 1 posters.

The idea that I had was to find the images from the cover. 

the seahorse and his starfish, grown tired of the sea, took up in a balloon, and were the firsts to be; the skyhorse and his stars.

In the misty dawn the creature waits
