In Her Colors {a tiny story} + tears

This is the second in the set of drawings I have done.

This one - and I hope it's obvious : S - is based on Ms Lexy Hulme aka Lula aka Paintyhands.

I gave her the character of a joker because I kept finding pictures of her (and others) with paint on their noses which I thought was quite funny, and it made me think of clowns in the circus so this is very circus themed. I love this one and a lot of records have inspired me here  ; )

I had a couple of hours to kill before work today so I decided to put this little number together. With my mouth.

before i died by rowrowrow.

just before i died, my life flashed before my eyes.

but it flashed so slowly that i lived it all again.

and again and again.

i got lost in drawing the hair. its meant as pathways and choices in her life kind of like life lines. the rest of it is quite simple and she has an almost smile.

Working with MoiSanom on a little song thing remix thingamabob and had a go at finding a melody to a piece she wrote which was inspired by JohnnyClyde. Thought I would put the raw file up here in case anyone wants to play ^__^

This is the first interpretation I thought of when I read the tiny story, I have another which I'm about to illustrate.

Should I have put the text at the top?... Does it need colour?...

I love this song of Spaceship's so just added some harmonies. <3

A tiny tune inspired by Ryan Patrick's "Night Owl" Tiny Story. i'm just uploading this as an idea, but i couldn't find an actual owl sound effect (the one i used is a dove) and i kind of hate my voice with the repeated "hoo-hoo". anyway, if anyone wants to add to it, remix it, or even start from scratch, feel free! let me know if you need the stems. and if anyone (or lots of someones) does a really good owl impression, DO IT!

my 1st vid ever. i never make video before and somehow i didnt know can i make it or not. i know this vid is so far from good but hopefully can help Cam and Megan :) [oh and it looks like ur vid cam forgive me i just have 1 hour in the evening day to shoot it :<]

I know Joe wanted an animated film, but I wanted to see what I could do with this as well. I still think it could use some adjustments, but I like the idea of it starting small with something like catching fireflies to trying to contain the whole universe in a pickling jar and then coming back in again (I don't know, maybe I've been watching Powers of 10 too many times), but I think ozie's piano piece fits this idea perfectly. 

Let me know any comments/criticisms/suggestions you have.

So, I went back to the sight of one of my earliest RECords and did a bit of reminiscing.

You people mean the world to me. Thank you so much for this incredible 12 months. I cannot believe what a journey it has been. Who knows what dreams may come in the next 12.
