In the few days I have been on this site mirtle has become one of my favorite artists. I am sure that is the case with many of you. I colored and added mirtles cutouts to a photo I took of a park in my home town. From there I created an abstract picture using my signature tricks.

Although the mysterious gentleman had nowhere to go, he was dressed for an affair.

Giving a mirtle REmix a third try. I didn't use any of the accessories :( I love this drawing, and I wanted to pay tribute to blbest's writing that I enjoyed today. I also want to thank him for the hearts :) I hope you think I kinda made it look like you.

I had to REmix this mirtle sketch because it reminded me of my mother. She is always sewing beautiful quilts by hand.

I know this is too late, and there were so many amazing BlackBook RECs that I didn't know what to do. This one is just for fun, and I got the idea mostly from mirtle's "the beard folk" and I seriously want to put the beard on everything ;)

I wanted to have Rimfrost and mirtle over for tea in my garden, but then I realized that they live far away and I don't have a garden because I live in an apartment. I did it anyway ;)

Just thought I'd make a wallpaper with a lot of the turnip Head illustration entries. If you did one and don't see yours it is because I used only the ones that were colored, and full body illustrations. Also I missed a few that I wanted to add later, but don't want to start over. :)

I made this as a possible merch idea. I love mirtle's illustration and this REmix was the first thing of mine that was featured on hitRECord and still my most hearted record. When I get more suppies in I am going to make another and send it to mirtle :)
