I am going into my third week on hitRECord, and I am having a blast, and meeting some really great artists. Here are some of the ones that I enjoyed this week. I also included my album of albums for people to check out sense I am new. Everything in the albums were done on the last two weeks so take a look i you don't mind ;)

I'm no actor but hopefully this is ok! I tweaked some of the sentences slightly so they sounded more like something a human would say, and added the asterisk notes as best I could. <3
A repetitive harmony-y song I made today. Might be useful for soundtracking - or it would be awesome if someone could add/lengthen/chopup/generally remix too! Suggestions for a better title also welcome!

in 2008 i had spinal surgery and had to spend a month in bed. i tried to keep a doodle diary called 'spinal trip' and this is one of the doodles i did. i found it hard to focus so didn't do much drawing. the main thing that helped me through it all is my folks and humour. during surgery they put me in these support stockings and in my mind they were pink for some reason but i was high on morphine so that's probably not true.
p.s. i've read some wonderful sad funny touching stories today on hitREC, you are all such an amazing bunch of people.. the fact that we are all here sharing this way, this place, well it's a dream come true and one i'm very happy to be a part of.
in 2007 i nursed my mum through cancer and what got us through was her incredible strength, music and lots and lots of hats.

i was searching for inspiration after taking a long break from drawing and found it in old book pages.. most of the titles are taken from text which i left shown on the page..so it’s the word-words inspiring the drawing. x

this is a card from the popular Mexican Loteria game you may have heard of before, it's like a Mexican version of Bingo. My friend brought a set into my office today that he estimates to be from the 1940's. As soon as i saw this card, i asked if i could scan it because i was thinking it would fit somewhere into the vinyl collab.
