So, this was more me solidifying a promise to myself than anything. 200 photos later, it's only 41 seconds, but I'm pretty happy with this! I thought about leaving out the pencil part, but I think it's good to show a process... I think :]

My more-than-slightly rough stop-motion response to Metaphorest & PASIV's AMAZING song 'Clocks Back.'

I originally had 4 shots per letter, but - wow - when I put them all together it couldn't fit into the music properly, and was too busy. So, after taking out 3/4 of the shots I took, this is what I got!

& sorry about the shakiness. I don't have a tripod, so I had to hold the camera.

Hopefully *fingers crossed* it's decent!

Really just a few seconds of stop-motion. I decided to just write 'Grateful' and stop-motion it :] There was this giant light wall behind me that changed colors, so that showed really well in the progression of photos!

What do you need to know about Tanya? She's incredibly good at drawing. She gets bored really easily. She's always hungry. She doodles all over herself. She really wants tattoos. She has a LOT of hair. She's tall. She always wears eyeliner. She's lazy a lot of the time. She never stops smiling. She's a good friend. She's forgetful. She's got a camera with high-speed shutter. She's artistic.

Really, she's great.

Just a little clay, cardboard, & whiteboard marker stop-motion to go with the loverly music collaboration by Metaphorest & LizzieMackie! Starring Mr. Charlie Offen (Get it? C. Offen? Like Coffin? :P) And Mrs. Clara Offen. It's a bit rough, & the video converter took out quite a few frames, but I think it turned out very homey :] Hopefully!

I decided to use Ms. Lizzie's blues version, because I could pair up transitions/frames with the strumming and beats better.

Trivial Facts: You can actually see the change in lighting throughout the video because the sun changing positions today [which I think is pretty cool, for some reason.] Also, you can't really see it, but Mr. Offen has a rather dashing mustache that resembles a certain chips logo, as well as a bow tie! He is also named after his look-alike Charlie Chaplin. Clara's partially named because it's Clara Bow's birthday today, [for which her name & large bow really coincidentally represent! I did NOT realize that!] and because her name seemed to fit :]

Here is (over a year late) my stop-motion response to Phen, Johnny, & Pammy's beautiful collaboration! Well, three minutes of it.

I'm really heartbroken that I've only got a small fraction of the actual stop-motion that I did (I did a really idiotic thing & accidentally deleted everything) so this is the stop-motion that got away. But, sadly I don't think I have it in me to redo/finish it anymore. BUT, feel absolutely free to REmix/REuse/spruce up/continue anything with this!

Ummmm... It's a bit rough & shaky & all, because i basically just spread fabric out, cut up images, and then hunched over it with a camera :P 

So, I did a paper stop-motion :P Feel free to remix and such! I put the original version of the song up, just so it's easier to add more on top.

(Don't ask me why we're barefoot in snow--this was shot during a Thai heat wave!)
