Probably my favorite mirtle drawing...

Well...when I like something I tend to show obsessive behavior...REmixing mirtle's drawings is like an OCD at the moment...I hope you don't mind mirtle...but your work is so inspiring and full of possibilities...

I was asked by a website to create a series of images with different peace symbols...this is one idea I came up with...

I played about with mirtle's wonderful (as ever) drawing. This remix came about almost entirely thanks to Belcath1981's wonderful photoshop tutorials, inspiration and many of her textures. Extra textures from doverpeak, JaneTH and lostandtaken.com (royalty free).

She loved a bird with a human heart, and nothing would ever tear them apart

One of the very first collaborations I took part in on hitRECord was with the amazing Jenyffer.Maria - she asked for a sentence to inspire a drawing so I gave her: , "And that was when Walter realised that his beloved 'Minky' was, in fact, a common sewer rat..." and she came up with a beautiful illustration. And now that I know how to - I have coloured it in. :)

I had this idea that when the heart stops beating, it is planted into the ground like a seed to bring forth more life even after death. Let's keep our loved ones alive, again by heart -- RECord, RECord, RECord. <3

I LOVE this tiny story by kaanchan. I'm not that great at adding text to images (I never like the way mine turn out), but if someone is so inclined as to do their take on adding this tiny story to the image that'd be lovely :D
