I haven't released a RECord in a long time so I might be a little rusty. Let me know what you think! Feel free to edit this as much as you want. It's an honor to be REmixed. I think this one could be really cool if you crop it off along one of the waves and make it a cool pattern of ground for some new world. Just an idea.
All I did to it in Photoshop (besides a slight lens correction) was auto-tone and "smart mask" on the auto, "more accurate," Gaussian blur setting. Outside of Photoshop, all I did was take the photo just slightly out of focus (by accident).
I don't remember what this was, but it was undoubtedly in the Russell Industrial Complex in Hamtramck, MI (enclave of Detroit).
rejjie's "red complexity 2" pattern made me want to make a pattern, but my skills are limited. One of my mottos is "exploit your weaknesses," so I made a rough, imperfect pattern that's meant to be rough and imperfect. FWIW, perhaps it can become fabric or wallpaper or something in the background of somebody's illustration.
It's just drawn in Photoshop and then tiled over my background, "Paint on the wall," resourced below, and chosen because it was still sitting on my computer desktop.
