I set out to write a piece that was fun to play. End up writing this duo for piano and vibraphone based on prog rock, waltz, samba and jazz. In case you're wondering, "Brincadeira" is portuguese for "game" or "play"... my idea here was to compose as if a child matching blocks and generally playing with the toys at hand. Feel free to play with it!
