Me and Sarah had been chatting about me doing a portrait and voila here are the results!

Its night and me, Sherbs, Meta and Moi are all drinking Rum and talking about art and we decide (at er 11 at night or something) to get outside and make a short film.

So we brainstormed, and shot video, acted, wrote, produced music and singing and make up and all sortsa thigns and then got the film finished!

Its a creepy little film that was made in complete collaboration and later versions (edited by others) and other bits and bops hopefully other folks will upload seperately. Feel free to add more to this film if you want guys - its ripe for remixing. Enjoy!)

Myrtle produced a beautiful drawing which inspired me to do some work on this - and hey Myrtle im on facebook give me a holla! X

What else - Well Cat-Cat recommended more shadowing around Joe - which she was totally right about so implemented that. TotallyJamie said the red sun sucked (basically) so heres one more in fitting with the style!

Added a bit more drama vignette etc, anyway hope you like!

A perverse new character i've created, who'll soon have some new friends hehe! Hope you enjoy - the humour is dark and weird (so if your easily offended avoid) It imagines life - unapolagetically through the eyes of a cat.

For remixing and collab, id love if folks wanted to have a go making a short 15 second theme song for SootyPaws, that i could use as an intro and outtro!

Okay so i was totally inspired by Apocalyptic Love Song, it spoke to me about love transcendent over death and fear. Fears in modern times over uncertain futures torn by war, ever evolving weapons of mass destruction and other well... scary things.

In a way i think this video encapsulates the alternative utopian perspective Wirrow paints in works such as a new earth with my own visual rendition, which while romantic is perhaps darker. (Just an opinion haha!)

I utilised public domain footage from archive.org from Hiroshima medical film and assessment recordings of victims and visually intertwine it (or layer it) over shots of my own, intertwining them all, since after all nothing escapes history hehe.

In other cool news, a couple of minor/regional fests would love to screen this, so just wondering if its cool to let it get screened obviously it would be CLARLY credited as a hitrecord collaborative production!
