Et voilà, mes chéris....So I'm currently working on several REmixes but I REalised that I RECorded this song before my trip and wanted to post it now. So there it is. Hope you'll like and Oh! it's quite simple so you can add your magic^_^. Again by heart <3
A piano part that I wrote awhile back and recorded.
I would love to hear people add on top of it with other instruments!
A short original piano melody
I was kind of bored from uploading all of the amoeba footage so I decided to bust out the old xylophone and toy piano and this is what I came up with. REMIX it!!!
Ok, so I made this track, added the drums, bass, guitars, but that's all i could do. My mind just stopped working. So I figured why not let other awesome hitRECorders do the rest?
So the track is called "The Secret". Its just a title I came up with while listening to it, we'll change it later on once its complete. Its made up of 4 layers.
1) Piano 1
2) Drums
3) Bass
4) Piano 2
Musicians:
Just listen to the track, and add ANYTHING you think suits the music. Guitars, synths, harmonicas, heavy electric guitars, harps, vocals, ANYTHING! Just make sure that when you add the new layer, release it as a RECord mixed with this track, but also as a seperate STEM so it can easily be mixed.
Check the STEMS of this track once they're uploaded. I've also included sheet music for both Piano's, cuz it'll just sound 100 times better if anyone can play them with a REAL piano, as the ones on this track are from a VST.
Writers/Lyricists:
Your lyrics don't need to be on a specific theme, such as "The Secret". Don't keep the title in mind when writing, just write about anything you think suits this type of music, anything you want to write about.
Track details are:
KEY: G Major/ E Minor
Signature: 6/4 at 170BPM
I hope this works out well, really excited how it'll turn out.
from the scoring entity Baby Robot Baby
My score for the Turnip Head film minus Gary's reading. (The version with the narration is resourced.)
Even though this didn't get picked as the final turnip score, I'm still proud of it & I hope you guys will be able to find some other use for it!
<3
piano, drum, synth strings, electric guitar, bass.
loop it.
add to it.
Wanna dance like all the cool kids that are too cool to dance? Listen to this song then.
Another Tiny Tune inspired by a Tiny Story! Enjoy :) And don't forget to check out the rest of the Tiny Tunes Collaboration!
This is my 1st post. So sorry if i've not got the jist of this right. I am a Musician artist from Belfast Ireland, This song attached is a song about our inability to see that we as a collective are the power, "WE are the City' Seeing Dublin fall to its knees with the debt that is has, and watching its people suffer and the same throughout Europe, USA and the rest of the world. We have to realise that we the creative people have a unique oportunity to deliever messages that mean something, when people need to hear them. This isn't a party political broadcast, But I love the fact that people come here to work on Projects not asking about the $!
Project 1st $ 2nd.
Metaphorest beautiful poem put to music. The guitar, vocals, cello and shaker were done by myself and the other shaker and the drum was done by my brother Dougie Mackie aka Fameless. Producer: Dougie Mackie Recorded through a radio Mic I couldnt find a shaker around the house so I made one out of a medicine bottle, cocoa pops and sugar. The drum was a big cardboard tub with a plastic lid. haha. Seems really odd. If anyone wants to put a harmony on top you are more than welcome!
Bit generic maybe, but sounds good in places I thought. Cheap orchestral synth lets it down in places though I fear...
A little diddy I made.
This is my first waltz, hope you like and have fun with.
I'm working on a yearlong project where I release a song of a different genre on the 1st and 15th of every month. This is the second instrumental I have written. Please enjoy!
I think you'll like the outro.
This is a piece of music I wrote years ago, it featured on a small college project, but I've alsways liked it. If any one thinks they could put a short animation to it or whatever, please do. Thanks.
3rd attempt worked!
For anyone having issues uploading audio (like i was) I fixed it by resetting my browser i.e. clearing the cache, history, cookies etc. and then uploaded a file with no spaces in the file name e.g. pianowaltz1.wav
It's good to be singing with you again Sarah!
Here is my first stab at remixing Joe's performance at BFI. A big thanks to everyone that REcorded the performance.
Here's the instrumental.
Use however you like.
Et voilà mes chéris....I've been thinking of this collab and the idea of independence. I started composing something and I came up with this. Again by heart <3
This would be a good song to use for a video. It could easily be cut and looped for added length.
Single track from up and coming album release "hey"
Just some acoustic guitar lines I recorded. 88bpm, D major.
I found this, one of my first music boxes, in a box in my garage last week. Still works after over 10 years gathering dust ^__^.
I thought it might make a sweet little sound effect.
The tune is "Let Me Call You Sweetheart", a public domain tune written in 1910. I did some digging and didn't find anything that would suggest that the music box version of this is copyrighted?
<3
I think I'm starting to get my musical mojo back...thanks Malicore!
Well I've been to heaven and back
I've seen too many things
To think that
I am some kind of angel
Pounding the concrete on these long city nights
To find something
That will make me
Some kind of angel
Throw out your liquor
And throw me a rhyme
Cos I am not on earth
To be wasting my time
I'm coming from a land where blood runs hot
No Sir, I am not
Some kind of angel
Stomp out your move on the singing floor
Oh I won't ignore
The needs of my lover
Sassy gone sally
Come sugar me sweet
I'll turn up the heat
For my lover
I'm coming from a land where the blood runs hot
No Sir, I am not
Some kind of angel
Some kind of angel
Pour me a liqour
Make it double this time
Cos it's Friday in the Apple
And I'm in Prime
Rusting the steel of the silhouettes
And you bet I will keep on
Till the sunrise
Conversing with the alley cats
Till morning comes and I will keep on dancing
Till the sunrise
Throw out your liquor
And throw me a rhyme
Cos I am not on earth
To be wasting my time
I'm coming from a land where the blood runs hot
No Sir, I am not
Some kind of angel
Some kind of angel
This is a piano piece I recorded based on a song I wrote called 'I Cry Glitter'. x
Here is some random storm stock sounds in case it could be used for anything (it's really loud because it was quarter size hail hitting the metal roof of the car port outside)
Seriously. Try to frown. It's annoyingly impossible.
This is a completely different side of me that I don't show often but here it is.
Chère Mrs.Tibbs23,
You happen to be my secret valentine and What a great honor this is!!!!! You are the person that inspired me this song, therefore it's yours. I hope you will like. I wish you the Happiest of Valentine's Day.
With love, fleurdelys.
AnneMarije, I'm glad I got you as my secret valentine, because you have tons of wonderful pieces that I've always admired. I respect how raw and honest your writing is, and I feel like many of your pieces fit perfectly as lyrics to songs! So I picked a piece that particularly spoke to me, which was Lie. I suppose it's not the most Valentine's Day appropriate song... but I'm not a conventional person I guess? :) lol. I don't have great recording equipment so it's pretty rough but I hope you enjoy it anyway. Happy Valentine's Day, AnneMarije! <3
