Most of them are tiny story illustrations...some are random doodles (that could possibly turn into tiny stories) ;)
Inspired by MadisenMusic's Tiny Story: Ok. Now YOU Do.
Sorry...for some reason it uploaded very small. If you can't read it, it says:
"He decided to turn the tables, finally getting revenge on that son-of-a-bitch voodoo doll."
And if you are having trouble even seeing it: It's a drawing of a guy who cut off his own arm so it would harm the voodoo doll. (Even though voodoo dolls don't work like that) :)
I made this after reading "The Perfect Man" by Affictionate. I really like this poem, and since I am not the best artist I would love if any illustrators would take a whack at it.
PS-Sorry it is not a very bright white...my scanner wasn't working so I took a picture of it instead. :(
Once there was a man named Mr. Perfect
Who never made mistakes
He was always kind
And he was always respectful
And he was always polite
And he was always courteous
And he was always calm
And he was never boastful
And he never yelled
And he was never obnoxious
And he never spoke badly about anyone
And he was never annoyed
And he was always approachable
And he was always dependable
And he
Was never
Human.
Thanks to fdinamite for his great tiny story...not so sure if this illustrates it well, but I wanted to give it a try.
"Face it," he said, "We are not brave men."
I could not get the idea of a man saying this to himself out of my head.
I tried straightening it but it made it a bit blurry so I didn't :/
Somewhere between lost and found,
She decided to become one with the ground.
-MattConley's great tiny story!
Thanks to Matt, tonguecutsparrow, and Jazminny for all the inspiration...maybe it'll inspire something else? ;)
*Update: I just saw fabulouslyfreckled's tiny story, Treetops, and I think this would work as an illustration for it as well!
having been told the stars are too far away
and thinking the ground is too close
i'll live in the treetops
where i'm right in between
we are gormless hosts
to homeless ghosts
that nestle in our most forgotten places.
tiny story by wirrow
i wanted the ghosts to be living in the heart as the "most forgotten places" so i did my attempt at "shadow heart"
the heart didn't turn out as great as i'd like, so i'd love if someone could fix it somehow :)
