I will be adding records to this over the next couple days as I have to go back through what I recommended ;)

I was thinking about the "Colonists" of Jellyland... and what they could look like. My personal opinion is that they should look quite different, but to keep with the "candy cannibalism" core concept. My first thoughts went to gingerbread Colonists riding off the boats on chocolate bunnies.
-Or- another random thought was, if we are okay with bending the "cannibalism" to food eating food, we could literally make the Colonists "Nuts."
[I woke up randomly in the night with these loose ideas in my head, and quickly sketched them so I wouldn't forget.]
My grandpa passed away today from cancer. I wanted to do a little something for him.
I'll miss you, grandpa, I hope you're happy and at peace. Thank you for everything you've done for us, for giving me my love for horses, which helped me so much growing up, for teaching me to drive cars, tractors, and stick, for giving me places to run wild and explore, for always being so patient and caring. I love you so much.
MadisenMusic's Skip and the Turtle post was just too adorable to not illustrate so here's me giving into the voices. In my head. Right. Anyway, I saw swaylooza's Skip and loved the design so I borrowed that. :)
Was about to just post the line art but decided to try coloring. Eeep. Huzzah to experimenting! And I'm not sure about the title. Should I have put a "RE:" or something? Not sure how this works.
Aaaaand... I should sleep. I'm rarely this chatty here. Again, check out MadisenMusic's Skip and the Turtle! :D
PS The Jumpin Jack font I used is free (from http://misstiina.com/fonts/), so long as it's for NON-PROFIT use. Sooo. There. I think I'll change the font, just to be safe. As soon as I get some shut-eye, that is.
Lion yawning at Akron Zoo, Ohio. It was a very lucky shot for me since my camera decided to freeze at this moment, but I got it.
This was also chosen at Dodd Camera in Russell, Ohio for a monthly contest they do where they choose from any category and pick a few winners who recieve a 24x36 print on canvas of their photograph.

Soon as I heard wirrow's narration I heard this song along with it. Savannah, Georgia. 1901 by Afroskeleton.
(It sounds hissy on my computer but I think it's just me?)
Just drinking some beers and playing guitar. Is it a good mix? I don't know and I don't give a fuck.

---------------------------------------
this took nearly a full year after the original bass line & 'Ravens' RECords were released for me to 'crack' the idea for an arrangement that worked.
back in April 2011, i downloaded the audio stems that Albert, Sarah, and Matt uploaded to the site, and after trying some ideas that ended up not going aywhere, decided to put this REmix on hold until I could think of something suitable. Sometimes the best ideas come much later. Sometimes, it's better to put your impulses aside and allow time to pass...
in January 2012, I came up with the idea of looping Matt & Sarah's ending vocal lines which created the proper foundation, along with Albert's bass, for the song to move in a cohesive, structured direction. Everything else, the drums, guitar solo, format, followed suit.
And there you have it.
many thanks to Albert, Matt & Sarah <3

This is one of my old bass songs that I jazzed up with some guitar.
Second Mix
This is the first lyric that has hit me in awhile thanks to Bob Dylan's Blood on the Tracks via Californication and some other conversations I have heard. Happy Valentine's Day.
Hi guys! Well, this is my second collaboration for the Hispanic Collab, this is my second favorite poem of the Nicaraguan poet Ruben Dario, To Margarita, marcelle talked about it in a video and I decided to make the same thing that I did for Los Motivos del Lobo, I add a VO, some music (by the amazing fleurdelys) and some visuals, every single Illustration is made by me (The only one that is not mine is the one that I used for the first frame and the last one, this was made by: moodyblues), and also I add the translation in enlish so you all can understand what I am saying :) I also have to say that even when I did every illustration was inspired to draw the princess thanks to a drawing made by Consh named Princess! I hope you like it guys!

PS: All the poems and Dario's work, is Public Domain!
I've started creating a semi-animated cutout version of a Jelly Babies short film. My super-ancient video editing software is being really lame and glitchy tonight, so I didn't do quite as much with this as I had hoped, but I wanted to get a little bit finished so I could see what you guys think about this style/approach for it!
