Just finished this digital collage. Made or scanned all the textures and assembled them into this super brief illustrated narrative.

Richiemillennium inspired me to take General Apathy & Major Boredom to the next level.

I was thinking about what the the gloam areas of Umbra might look like. So here's a small section of a wall. I was thinking of a place that's not necessarily run-down but made up of found parts.

Hand embroidered by me, inspired by Neithan's colouring in parts and wirrow's lovely design.

Finally got around to making a heart (that looked like a heart) and taking a picture of the final result.

Wordplay a friend (http://hitrecord.org/users/silverladder) thought up: "... My mind is constantly running; constantly playing with words, even when I'm not consciously doing it. No joke. So the phrase 'bowl of oatmeal' was in my head this morning... My mind started messing with the letters in the words and suddenly I thought, 'Owl Of Boatmeal!'"

I like to call the squid Quaken.

"You silly boy! What am I going to do with you?!"
