Toss put together an amazing REmix of Metaphorest's "Imaginary Friends" Tiny Story. It was one of the best examples of pooled REsources I've come across on the site. She got all the right feelings down and it was a very emotional RECord. I made a few changes to her version and used a few additional REsources here and there.

Initial concepts for the types of shadows Attilee mentions in her vid. I guess this is what we're sticking with? As @@ said in the her vid, it's all been mostly just ideas so far. The info written out in the sheet may not correspond with what's been written elsewhere... I've been sort of absent from HR (sorry @@ D: ) mostly due to school and life and wank wank and all that, so I don't think we ever got the opportunity to work out the details. Then again, we also don't want to go restricting your creativity too much. Open to ideas and all that! Also, ignore the inconsistent caps—each of these were made during seperate times for the most part.\

Here's another take I had on the different parts of Umbra. I liked the idea of having squat little houses for the noondays. So, these are kind of based off of pueblos, minus the fact that these aren't multi-storied buildings. Anyway, so yeah. Short houses to accomodate our cute, little noondays.

I was thinking about what the the gloam areas of Umbra might look like. So here's a small section of a wall. I was thinking of a place that's not necessarily run-down but made up of found parts.

Ended up busting out another drawing of a shadow today, because this idea just wouldn't leave me alone. Enjoy!

Stay tuned for a photo shoot which will feature this dress and a "Shadow" grafftiti wall inspired by the photos from the London show. It might be awhile until then hope you all like this layout.  Dress sewn from a 1954 pattern with circles stitched on and text is a work in progress.

Was planning to post this record as a remix of other people's great pieces but I haven't found my way to the remix yet and thought I might as well have this floating about in the lovely atmosphere that is HR. :D

(Random thought: my longest title to date, I think. Oh and my dad just gave away our rabbit - although I drew this way back and I don't have a particular soft spot for Bunny the rabbit. But still.)

My niece loves SmudgeofPaint's shadow doodle and wouldn't give me any peace till I did this. (She's learning ballet!)

Grr! There are so many musical projects that I've been meaning to work on (well, 4, if to be precise), but I currently don't have time for anything… So, against my better judgment, I've decided to post one (or two, we'll see) of my old, awkwardly recorded, ultra-unprofessional sounding 4-track demos in the meantime.

This is one of my earliest compositions. It was written and recorded 17 years ago. (Damn, that makes me feel SO FREAKIN' OLD! :O).

As soon as I saw this illustration by sojushots...I knew she needed to catch shadows...:-)

The Longrays of the ancient past still cast down from worn stones in almost forgotten places and it is in one of these rings of stone that a council of withering & waining shadow preside over all realms of the diffrent shadow lands. (it is not known if other shadows hold council here as well, but some believe that on certain days the light is right for an equal council of all shadow types.)
