The Blue loop. It feels like a seasickness coming in waves that break and wash up in your mind over and over again. It's very particular to me. 

Ryan Patrick's 'Bell Song' instrumental got me real excited to add a little saxophone ... and by a little I mean 15 tracks. :p I may have went a little overboard.

This is an illustration for Christopher Harn's brilliant Tiny Story "The Escape".

I really love the illustration he did himself but couldnt resist having a go.

OhPattyG's "All dressed up" is one of my favourite illustrations.

My fingers are still a bit sore after the leaf cutting ;)

Another song that got rejected from my "Blunt Animals" album, due to being overwork and having the life sucked out of it. This is a very early mix.

Slightly glitchy and in need of a real bass line.

I'm not a hundred percent sure this is a tiny story, it might be more words of wisdom than anything...it's a verse from a larger poem I wrote a few months ago. I thought it work by its self as a single piece as well.

So it's been a while, but I'm back.  I was going through my favorite hitRECord poet's records and found this wonderful, dark poem about a certain bird.  Needless to say I was immediately inspired and decided to sit with it and squeeze out a song. This is the result.  I know it's an older poem of hers and she has a lot of incredible new words, but I believe in revivals. Enjoy!
