OK, I lied... six patterns not five

One of five patterns I'm contributing to Amber's wallpaper/wrapping paper collaboration.

Nine post-it notes; nine simple textures. I can make larger versions of any of them if anyone wants one in particular.

i got this groovy new fabric recently.  the scan is large, so you can zoom in and see all the thread detail.

There have been 4,488 contributions to Tiny Stories 2 collaboration at the time I'm releasing this.

Yesterday, at work, suddenly I've needed to do some 'Photoshop therapy'. And it turned out a good decision!

This is the cool toned one overlaid with hot tones.

Coloring it in makes it look even more like a jigsaw puzzle. Hm.

At least as far as I'm familiar with it, it's a pattern where the lines squiggle but never cross. I used to have a vintage dress with a more angular version of it (stitched on; I might still have it. I should check, it'd be a good background/texture) and when I used to do cakes, piping this on in the same color as the icing was a nice way to add detail to, say, the sides of the middle tier, etc.

After spending all that time drawing cornelli lace on this piece of paper, it was nothing to crinkle it up and photograph it throughout its mutilation.

This is actually the sleeve of an Indian tunic I found in a thrift store, but I keep it with my paper. I'm not sure why.

I love patterns on clothing and this is one idea I had.

Here it is! Our first project to be released onto hitRECord! We didn't really know what we were doing, but we knew we wanted to do stuff with umbrellas and clouds. This image was created by cutting out umbrella shapes from construction paper, taping them onto the wall, taking a photo of it, and editing it on photoshop. The cloud photo was taken by us, and the star photo was from Wikipedia. It's not really good, but its a start. :)
